Refund policy

At Jewellers Bench, every ring is made to order and crafted to the exact specifications chosen by you. Because each piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about your purchase.

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship, and every ring is carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. In the unlikely event that your ring has a manufacturing or workmanship fault, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Please note:

• Manufacturing faults do not include damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

• Any alterations made by another jeweller will void your warranty and return eligibility.
