What is the return policy?

At Jewellers Bench, every ring is made to order and crafted to the exact specifications chosen by you. Because each piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about your purchase.

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship, and every ring is carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. In the unlikely event that your ring has a manufacturing or workmanship fault, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Please note:

- Manufacturing faults do not include damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

- Any alterations made by another jeweller will void your warranty and return eligibility.

If you believe your ring has a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

Finding your ring size

How do I work out my ring size?

The easiest way is to use one of our ring sizers, which we can send straight to your nominated address. This helps you measure at home with confidence.

You’re also welcome to visit a local jeweller to have your finger professionally sized.

What if I order the wrong size?

If your ring isn’t the right fit, don’t worry. We can resize it for you, and the cost will depend on the size adjustment required. We’ll always provide an estimate before we go ahead, so there are no surprises.

How long will it take to receive my ring?

We know you’ll be excited to wear your ring, and we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. Our ready-to-wear pieces are shipped within 3 to 6 weeks.

Do you deliver internationally?

At this stage, we only deliver within Australia.

Absolutely. Every order is fully insured while in transit, so you can relax knowing your ring is protected until it reaches you.
